Meet the Team

Heather Davis

Mrs. Davis

Mrs. Davis is our Director and Lead Teacher, bringing over 30 years of teaching experience in the Spokane area. She holds an Associate of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education from Spokane Falls Community College and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Whitworth University. Mrs. Davis has been the Director of Little Pilgrims Preschool since it first opened its doors and previously served as a director at another preschool, giving her a deep well of leadership experience and a true passion for early childhood education. Her dedication to creating a nurturing, structured, and faith-centered learning environment has helped shape the heart of our school from the very beginning. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Mrs. Davis is also a devoted mother of six, bringing both personal and professional insight into the care and development of young children. She understands firsthand the importance of building strong foundations—academically, socially, and spiritually. Mrs. Davis is truly a wonderful teacher and leader, and she is one of the many reasons our preschool is such a special place. Her impact is felt not only in the classroom but in the lives of the families she serves. Just ask any of our graduate preschoolers and their families—they will quickly tell you how much she means to them and how lasting her influence has been.

She is also a proud grandparent to many grandchildren, which has further strengthened her patience, nurturing nature, and genuine joy in supporting young learners. She is passionate about creating a safe, caring, and engaging environment where children feel valued and encouraged to explore. Known for her patience, warmth, and strong communication skills, she works effectively with both children and adults to support positive growth and development.
